These fees are set by your bank, not by biolabet. local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and mobile banking do not typically charge fees for transfers to biolabet. If you are unsure about your bank's fee structure, contact your bank directly.

biolabet occasionally offers promotional cashback on game activity during specific weeks. Eligibility and percentage vary by promotion — check your account notifications for current offers. If a cashback promotion is active, your game losses from qualifying categories (such as football markets or live-dealer tables) earn a percentage back as bonus credit by the following Monday.

Bonus credits appear in your account as a separate balance and must be used on eligible games — they cannot be withdrawn directly.
